Elaina Gillule is an accomplished Human Resources and Organization Development Leader with over 25 years of experience across BioPharma, Medical Device, and Consumer business sectors. She holds a BA in Psychology from Wagner College and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. A certified ICF-accredited Executive Coach and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, Elaina is also trained in OD methodologies, Lean, and Six Sigma.
Throughout her career, Elaina has been a trusted advisor, known for her strategic insight, practical solutions, and ability to drive meaningful transformation. Her coaching is enriched by years of leading global organizational and cultural change initiatives, and her clients value the clarity, trust, and results she helps them achieve.
